For more than a decade, we’ve gone to Jake for all our travel needs. He is the most knowledgeable, personable, and responsible travel agent we’ve ever had. He helped us with everything travel-related, planning an itinerary, finding a hotel at the best location, searching for the best deal, buying plane or train tickets, or just answering a question about the right train station for arriving in Madrid from a small town called Vilche, Spain. He is efficient and helpful even when we were already off on our trip.  When we needed to change a flight, we emailed Jake from Split, Croatia, and he got it done right away, plus a refund for the differences. Once you start working with him on a trip, he’ll give you all the attention you need, even if means staying up late or getting up early to accommodate a client in a different time zone or on another continent.
